The CMS system allows 24/7 access to your investigative file with a full overview of the case history. We also regularly provide reports and status updates via email.
Beacon’s CMS supports online streaming of digital media, allowing our clients to quickly and conveniently view high-definition surveillance videos on any web browser.
Documents and other evidence obtained during the investigation (e.g., police reports, civil complaints, etc.) are scanned and uploaded to CMS allowing convenient online access to all case-related materials at any time.
Our case managers are also available to discuss the status and findings of your investigation as the case proceeds.
